The EIC will perform all technical operations, trouble shooting, maintaining and engineering of all technical gear and supervise the NEP Studio building and its staff to ensure that the facilities are safe and receive proper maintenance.WHAT YOU WILL DO:The purpose of this position is to plan, maintain and operate all technical equipment and support systems, while providing client service.* Maintain the technical operations of HD Broadcast production studios, post production edit suites and duplication departments.* Performs preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and engineering updates at NEP Studios.* Provide onsite client services and technical support.* This position will require weekend shifts and after-hours coverage; schedule may vary and be based upon NEP and client needs.* Perform administrative checks on all systems.* Follow through on repairs, inventory needs, and updates.* Maintain and file the proper expense reports and technical reports on a per-show or other designated basis.* Represent the company to clients in a courteous and professional manner.* Supervise NEP studios staff* Manages the maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment, and studios. Maintain facility appearance.* Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU WILL NEED:* High School Diploma preferred.* Requires experience in cleaning or janitorial services.* Must be dependable, on time, and hard working* Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and work in a group with supervision or alone* Ability to perform general physical activities and handle equipment.* Ability to deliver superior service and build lasting relationships by demonstrating NEP's Core Values: innovative, one team, passion and integrity.Check us out on The Muse at
