Job Description

They key responsibilities of the Process Engineer are:

  • Develop and improve manufacturing process methods
  • Evaluate and approve design changes, specs and drawing releases
  • Be able to make schedules, resolve engineering design, and test problems
  • Research and analyze data
  • Work with customers on a daily basis

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer has the following:

  • BS in Engineering
  • Experience with rubber/plastic processing experience
  • Experience with CAD and Solidworks
  • Be hands-on
  • Be able to speak with customers in a professional manor
  • Experience with Six-Sigma, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Urethane Processing experience is a plus
