As the Manager - Partnerships, you are responsible for partnership strategy and execution. Youll have a unique opportunity to shape Regis growth and brand.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success and Product teams ?to ensure a seamless experience for our channel partners
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in complex partnerships Entrepreneurial with an ability to create and follow plans yet flexible enough to respond to change while balancing multiple projects and priorities. Strong and efficient communicator (both written and verbal) Organized: from your email inbox habits to your time management, to the information you juggle about people, teams, clients, and products Desire to learn, grow and develop as a first-class startup executive, and mentor to future team members Passionate about the intersection of technology and the Beauty industry Must be based in Fremont, CA Willing to travel 20-50% Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds to pick up documents/files, paper etc. Occasional reaching with arms and hands to reach corporate files and other documents. Ability to type on a computer and use other light office machines including but not limited to printers, copiers and phones. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Ability to read, write and complete company forms and documents.
