We are seeking a **Mechanical Systems Integration/Test Engineer** to oversee the development of manufacturing work instructions, and other documentation needed to conduct Space Vehicle (SV) and Subsystem level integration and/or testing at the Factory and at the Launch Base.
**Summary of Key Duties for this position:**
Direct and instruct technicians during daily spacecraft mechanical activities.
Support integration of flight components to structure and lead the mechanical activities for all environments (TVAC, vibe, EMI etc.)
Assure proper documentation is available prior to initiation of work, properly executed, and approved.
Assist in the generations of procedures (AF), VE Cams and out of flow documentation.
Assist in cell management and hardware staging to assure activities are executed in a timely manner.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
**Typical Experience:**
Typically has a Bachelors degree with 9 years or more of professional experience.

**Basic Qualifications:**
Experience developing and executing manufacturing work instructions and performing tasks equivalent to mechanical Certified Test Conductor.
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience directing and instructing an hourly work force and understanding a collective bargaining agreement.
Experience supporting integration of flight components to structure.
Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment.
Must a US Citizen and possess a DOD Top Secret or SCI
**Desired Skills:**
Experience leading the mechanical activities for all environments (TVAC, vibe, EMI etc.)
Experience with verifying, executing, and obtain approvals of proper documentation.
Experience assisting generating procedures (AF), VE Cams and out of flow documentation.
Experience in a test and requirements verification environment.
Significant AI&T experience with electro mechanical hardware
Certified Test Conductor with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test, including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations.
Familiarity with SV mechanical test equipment.
Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
TS/SCI with poly level security clearance.
Masters Degree in a related discipline.
Experience using Automation Framework.
Willing and able to work on second shift when required
