This position is for an Airframe Dynamics Analysis Team with Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works? Advanced Development Programs. The candidate will be expected to use their technical expertise to develop dynamics analysis methods and perform analysis of aircraft structures. The candidate will have knowledge in the field of aircraft structural analysis and have a broad knowledge of all related disciplines. The candidate will work under some supervision from senior engineers and will be expected to coordinate with other teams within the program.
* Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access. A Secret Security Clearance is needed and a clearance investigation must have been conducted within the last 5 years.
Bachelor or above Degree in an Engineering Technical Discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Civil Engineering
Experience in an area of air vehicle structures analysis and development either in industry or school
Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
ADAMS modeling and simulation
Familiarity with CAD modeling
