KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our KPMG Strategy practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead enterprise-wide strategy engagements and manage the process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creating and coordinating final deliverables, and assisting with presentation of results
* Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial and operational metrics directly to near and long term business improvement
* Act as the day-to-day, full-time project manager to help ensure successful problem formulation, comprehensive analysis, and problem resolution
* Develop and implement strategic roadmaps, manage key engagement interviews and research
* Work closely with the engagement Partner, Managing Director or Director to help build relationships with clients
* Participate in professional development of more junior KPMG Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staff

Qualifications:

* A minimum of five years experience in a client-facing strategy focused discipline at a Big 4 firm, major strategy firm, or a boutique strategy firm in the Chemicals sector
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field; Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university is preferred
* Proven experience in specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, and/or refining and fuels marketing articulating and advising on strategic issues in several of the following business areas: Growth strategy, business/operating model design, cost & performance improvement, portfolio strategy and/or investment roadmaps
* Excellent foundational consulting skills including strong interpersonal and presentation skills, deep strategic business acumen, and well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
* Travel as necessary
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
