Project Manager - Supply Chain Optimization(Job Code: req17055). You will serve as a Project Manager - Supply Chain Optimization and will oversee supply chain process improvement processes and projects across organization; identify, assess, and/or develop internal leading practices, standard processes and operating procedures across global supply chain; responsible for conducting and managing strategic supply chain analysis and identifying and recommending opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain; in collaboration with business supply chain leaders, develop and implement short - and long-term supply chain strategies and business specific multi-phased supply chain improvement roadmaps; execute company-wide supply chain performance management process and drive gap closure; manage portfolio of supply chain improvement projects; responsible for driving supply chain process standardization centered on leading practices across businesses and regions; provide expertise in supply chain segmentation, demand-driven supply chain design, and supply chain process and inventory optimization and SCOR reference model application. Utilize experience with development and implementation of supply chain strategies and methodologies; production planning and manufacturing operations strategies; demand planning, including demand forecasting for production, procurement and logistics planning; lean manufacturing; and, Change Management.

Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field, and five (5) years of experience in a related engineering occupation. The position requires experience with the following: five (5) years of experience in development and implementation of supply chain strategies and methodologies; five (5) years of experience in production planning and manufacturing operations strategies; five (5) years of experience in demand planning, including demand forecasting for production, procurement and logistics planning; three (3) years of experience in lean manufacturing; and, three (3) years of experience in change Management.
