Reporting to the Head of the 3D printing Technology center, in this role you will:
+ Provide leadership in managing and delivering Technology transfer (TRL5 or scale-up ready) from 3D printing center to businesses.
+ Own, lead and mentor various process and development engineers to transfer mature technology (TRL5) products to various business units.
+ Work closely with business engineering groups to ensure swift & flawless transfer of mature 3D printed products to business groups.
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering and/or Business.
+ A minimum of 10 years experience in a Technical, Engineering or Business role.
+ Experience with process development and validation, including design of experiments, statistical analysis, and project management is required.
+ Experience with technology transfers in business transferring products is required.
+ Proven experience working with transfer of Medical Device products to manufacturing sites is highly preferred.
+ Proven experience with Medical Device New Product Launches is highly preferred.
+ An engineering background with experience in delivering innovative technical and engineering solutions across multiple businesses is highly preferred.
+ Experience motivating and inspiring various team members to drive significantly increased performance through technical execution and change is required.
+ Experience communicating/presenting across all levels of the company and across various functions/ businesses is required.
+ This position will be located in one of the following areas: Raritan, NJ; Skillman, NJ; Warsaw, IN; Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Jacksonville, FL or Miami, FL and require up to 50% travel both domestic and international (depending on location).
