Identify, develop, and recommend measurable maintenance process improvements and cost reduction opportunities including, maintenance work order tracking/root cause analysis, preventative maintenance, equipment documentation and MRO management
Collect and analyze production equipment performance data from production to identify improvement opportunities and improve our overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) metric in conjunction with maintenance and production department resources
Develop, document and maintain process plans and machine operating instructions
Other duties as required

Working towards a Bachelor Degree in manufacturing operations, industrial, mechanical or electrical discipline or equivalent
Strong desire to solve problems and overcome challenges related to process development, production equipment, maintenance and project management
Working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance practices/principles.
Experience/knowledge in TPM, lean management, Six Sigma or equivalent. Continuous improvement program experience strongly desired
Knowledge and application of design, engineering and technology, computers and electronics, technology design, and problem solving
