Formulateeffective inline inspection strategy & methodology to support advancedtechnology development activities.
Drive continuousimprovement to streamline CFM workflow on defect detection efficiency anddefect monitoring.
Establish DOIsdefect characterization techniques and drive inline CFM recipes optimizationand innovation to meet defect capture rate.
Drive equipmentvendors to improve or optimized applications for development requirements
Define andmaintain relevant defect matrixes for product performance, reliability, yield,and breakeven utilization targets for cost optimization.
Design, executeand analyze partition studies to evaluate process results or equipment baselineperformances with a view to achieve industry competitive standards.
Provide effectiveleadership and mentorship for defect technicians executing defect scans or datareviews in support of the program.
Required hands-onfor day to day review of information, evaluation of defect monitoringstrategies and understanding of defect mechanisms with the mindset of making adifference.
Required to workin a clean-room environment to supervise, execute or oversee activities.

Design, execute and analyzepartition studies to evaluate process results or equipment baselineperformances to achieve industry competency standards.
Drive defect characterization andcompile comprehensive defect translation (DSA) ; PFA analysis in their sectors.Measurement by the number of Defect Characterization report for each sector.
Demonstrate the ability to isolatesuspected processes and drive modules/ integration in defect reductionactivity.
Demonstrate the ability andinitiative to ensure proper documentation and work closely with recipe andinline ops team.
Required hands-on for day to dayreview of information, evaluation of defect monitoring strategies andunderstanding of defect mechanisms with the mindset of making a difference.
Support integration and module intheir sector DOE splits and CFM data analysis with the ability to drawtechnical conclusions.
Maintain top inline Defect Pareto& trend charts updated, performed deep dive on all sectors tounderstand defect mechanism and work with PI/ UP for containment/solutions.
Work proactively &innovatively to look for issue in assigned area and constantly improve ourdefect detection capability and NV rate
Drive continuous improvement tostreamline CFM workflow on defect detection efficiency and defect monitoring.
Take ownership and initiatevalue-added inspection/ review solution to help improve overall team efficiencyin defect detection
Drive wafer less recipe setup thruDesign Based methodology & GDS2CA.
Evaluate and implement Design BasedInspection solution and SMART review concept for all inline scan.
Provide effective leadership andmentorship for defect technicians executing defect scans or data reviews insupport of the program.
Required to work in a clean-roomenvironment to supervise, execute or oversee activities.

GLOBALFOUNDRIES is a 24/7 manufacturing facility providing support across allshifts.
BS degree with 4years experience; MSdegree with a minimum of 1year experience in Electrical Engineering, MaterialsScience, Physics or related technical fields.
Possess strong communication skillswith the ability to develop the strong inter-personnel relationship.
Some international travel (duration:3-6 months) may be required
Candidates for this position areexpected to work in night shift system including weekendcoverage.
An advanced technical degree and/ora proven record in an industry leader is strongly preferred.
Experience with bright field anddark field inspection tools including tool maintenance and recipe development.Familiarize with KT defect scan and HMI e-beam scan tools are strongly desired.
Working experience in CMOS processand process module/equipment (200mm/300mm) are strongly desired.
Experience working with a vendor inequipment procurement is highly desired.
Working knowledge in SPC or DOEmethodology is preferred.
Prior employment in a vendorspecializing in defect tool applications would have a strong advantage.
Knowledge of JMP/Klarity Defect softwareplatforms.
