As a key member of America's Order and Project Management Team, will work closely with America's Leader and Operations Manager to drive results - orders, margin, cash and highly valued customer outcomes. The Nuclear COE Leader will lead the Nuclear Project & Flow organization in the execution of orders, and accountable for on time delivery, financial, risk, and contract management while ensuring customer satisfaction for Nuclear projects worldwide.
In the role of Nuclear COE Leader, you will:
+ Be responsible for delivering a targeted revenue and Op Profit number each quarter, by driving the business team to ensure shipment and revenue recognition of a targeted backlog of orders
+ Hire, manage, and mentor a team of project managers and order managers who are responsible for the valve orders. Drive capability improvement to increase productivity. Foster an environment of excellence and passion for delivering on customer commitments
+ Act as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues with all Nuclear projects, lead the financial and on-time delivery performance, project risk management in the identification and mitigation of commercial, technical, and execution risk, on all Nuclear projects
+ Work with commercial teams to understand, own and implement contract terms & conditions and limit/minimize risk on project offerings. Drive clean orders and ensure timely project implementation/execution
+ Work closely with supply chain to drive fulfillment, deliver on customer commitments (value, on time delivery, quality products)
+ Own portfolio execution, including coordination of planning, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and shipping logistics
+ Drive project reviews for risk mitigation, best practices/lessons learned, and project execution excellence and sharing
+ Ensure good application of quality, EHS & standards throughout the process
+ Actively participate in and implement PMO processes to ensure operational rigor and discipline, including cost forecasting, project reporting, and maintaining integrity and accuracy of project data, information and project documentation in SAP/Project Management Systems
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
+ Minimum 5 years experience in nuclear, power and / or oil and gas industry(ies) in a technical discipline - field Engineering, manufacturing, design engineering, repairs, etc

+ Bachelors Degree preferably technical or business
+ Demonstrated experience and ability to understand market trends, customer budgets (OpEx and CapEx funding)
+ As COE leader, must have ability to work across functions (commercial, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics) to foster learning, drive organization excellence
+ Demonstrated project management skills and passion for Project Management, preferably managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or aftermarket
+ Conversions, Modifications and Uprates (CM&U) projects in Nuclear Industry
+ Thorough understanding of modern petrochemical, pipeline, power generation equipment, systems, and facilities critical to understand how customer generates revenue, manages cost and risk, and develops short and long-term plans.
+ Skilled at leading in a matrix organization; capable of influencing and leading cross functional team members despite limited authority.
+ Exceptionally skilled communicator; professional and tactful in oral and written communications with multiple BHGE functions/levels and with the Customer; applies good judgment on frequency and detail of communication.
+ Direct customer facing experience
+ Ability to set realistic objectives, accurately appraise situations, detect risks and issues, and collaborate with BHGE internal teams and customer to find win-win solutions when issues arise
+ Extraordinarily strong understanding of financial processes, revenue recognition, costs, margin, and quarterly forecasting
+ 10-years of experience in either field engineering, commercial, engineering, sourcing, repair, power plant operation and maintenance or other adjacent role within Nuclear industry
+ MS Finance, MBA, or MS Operations Management
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills
+ Appetite for developing/refining and/or learning new PM processes and tools
+ Demonstrated expertise with interpreting or applying Contract terms & conditions and binding agreements
+ PMI Certification: Project (PMP), Program Management (PgMP), or Risk Management (PMIRMP) Professional
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ GE Leadership program: XLP, PMLP, OMLP Graduate
