7+ years Technical/Functional Skills PCBA Electrical Requirements/Spec Schematic Design (Complex) Support PCB Layout Signal Integrity Analysis & Testing Troubleshooting Component Engineering BOM Generation Experience Required The Staff Electrical Engineer will plan and execute development studies for development of new products or support of a current product. The Staff Electrical Engineer plans and conducts design/development engineering assignments generally involving projects of major magnitude and scope, estimates human resource needs and schedules work to meet completion dates and technical specifications and may coordinate and direct Engineers, Designers and Technicians assigned to projects. This individual will be involved with developing proposals and cost estimates, evaluating progress and results and recommending major changes in procedures or objectives. S/he will focus on design/development engineering assignments focused on electrical and electromechanical systems used in medical devices. Roles & Responsibilities Deliver and drive results by participating in new product development projects either as a team member or work stream leader focused on mechanical centric design and development Connects by demonstrating strong collaboration with cross functional team members to ensure alignment and influencing of design concepts, design inputs, design outputs, and design verification. Provides strong technical leadership on assigned projects to deliver design concepts, design characterization, design inputs, design outputs, and design verification using sound engineering principles and expertise Perform change management activities such as initiating CHANGE ORDER process to create, evaluate, approve and implement the changes to part or document that could affect product, quality. safety and performance. Strong Project Management experience, Design Skills Education
Bachelors or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Work Location
