Scope ofPosition:

To providecoordination and supervision for all manufacturing areas andsupport functions for operations. This includes directing andimplementing activities to meet production goals andmetrics

Day to DayResponsibilities:

  • Ensure the safetyof employees andprocess/equipment
  • Daily leadershipto meet manufacturing schedules anddeadlines
  • Prioritizeworkload to meet demand and maximize manufacturingefficiency
  • Assign specifictasks, provide direction and checkwork
  • Interactcooperatively with engineering, quality, planning, etc. to meetgoals
  • Manage employeetimecards and payroll interfacelogistics
  • Review qualityconcerns and facilitate correctiveactions
  • Monitor allnon-conformances for corrective action and flagtrends
  • Recommend andsupport process/equipmentimprovements
  • Maintainmanufacturing metrics tracking andreporting
  • Lead orfacilitate manufacturing related teammeetings
  • Continuousimprovement of efficiencies and workflow to improve overallperformance
  • Support equipmentmaintenance, tooling and fixturingoptimization
  • TravelRequirements: You can expect less than 10%travel.

    Hoursof work/work schedule/flex-time: You are expected towork swing shift for the current 24/5 plant operation. 24/7 plantoperations schedulepossible.

    RequiredEducation andExperience:

  • You should have aBachelors degree required (technical discipline is preferred)alongwith:
  • Excellent peopleskills and organizationalskills

    Ability to grasptechnical details and understandprocesses

    Follow-up anddocumentation skillsrequired

    Willingness tolearn new things quickly and apply them. Also, willingness toask for help so that issues areminimized.
