SUMMARYUnder general supervision, the Product Development Engineering Technician will perform a variety of routine to complex duties in support of the manufacturing and development of integrated circuits (IC). These activities include lots on hold evaluation, specification development, testing of engineering and qualification material, delta analysis, and datapack generation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOn a daily basis the Engineering Technician will be responsible for:•Providing technical and administrative support to the engineering staff.•Running product on the testers.•Running PPE, delta tools, and datapack software.•Problem solve basic test problems and issues.•Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing and equipment operations procedures.•Assist in manufacturing training and certificationTrack and report engineering data.•A Secret Government Security clearance may be required.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:•Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office software.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS•An Associate’s Degree (ASEET) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school is helpful but not required. No prior experience or training is required.
