Facilitate Tier 2 Quality Council for internal and external Manufacturing

g. Provide quality oversight, coordination of review by MSQ stakeholders and approval of network SOPs for Manufacturing Site Quality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitates Tier 2 Quality Council for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, including agenda planning, metrics collection/automation and follow-up actions. Provide quality oversight, review and approval of global/network SOPs for Manufacturing Site Quality activities. This includes gathering feedback from all impacted stakeholders. Oversight of Business Operations for Quality, Internal Sites, including:

Maintain Project portfolio

Facilitate Budget process between Finance and internal sites


  • Advanced degree in a science or engineering discipline is preferred but not required
  • Experience as the quality leader in a network, headquarters or above site roles is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of Biologics or Pharmaceutical Quality Operations experience, with demonstrated experience with investigation/deviation programs.
  • Ability to build productive relationships, lead and influence across multiple organizations that perform similar activities to drive alignment and change where the resources and decisions are outside of the leaders direct reporting line.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, and is able to manage multiple projects and prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to plan and conduct projects within a multi-disciplinary environment
