This position offers an incredible opportunity to be on the leading edge of physical security and design. We are looking for an imaginative and driven individual with the ability to use AI cameras, access control, and other outside the box methods to provide next level duty of care for company personnel and property. In addition to the system engineering, this candidate must also be comfortable training and evangelizing security culture change throughout the company.

- Manage the installation, commissioning, and support of Autodesk access control and Umbo video management systems; and working with appropriate integrators throughout national and international regions where Autodesk offices exist or are being developed
- Manage integrated and/or stand-alone security installation/upgrades including the vetting of security system integrators
- Develop database management practices that ensure reliability and accountability of system users, and manage access levels for appropriate user roles including, but not limited to, replication administration, and basic SQL scripting
- Develop an integrated analytical program that actively fuses Lenel alarm response scheme for access control data and Umbo AI integrated video management analytics
- Integrate security systems into GSOC, develop method of operation and core functionality under the guidance of Autodesk Global Security Operations and Systems Manager to ensure systems integrity
- Ensure operating procedures, processes and protocols are well documented
- Coordinate and work with security systems vendors and help develop performance and escalation protocols. Coordinate and administer vendor relations and contractual agreements for regional security-related programs
- Coordinate proactive and timely communications with regional Office Managers on issues impacting the enterprise security system and employee safety
- Coordinate timely communications to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) on potential security vulnerabilities. Communicate directly and immediately with the Global Security Operations and Systems Manager on matters of immediate concern to employee safety and property protection
- Coordinate and ensure that testing and quality assurance programs are administered appropriately and accurately
- Coordinate support for internal and external audits impacting environmental and physical security controls

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the principles, concepts, theories, and practices of physical access control
- 5+ years of experience designing facility access control systems, with deployment experience internationally
- experience integrating access control corporate IT systems and networks with a heavy emphasis on user authentication strategy and OS security
- Lenel Certification with a solid understanding of integration into third party systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and expertise in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies
- Ability to effectively prioritize and advance several projects simultaneously
