Candidates must be able to work independently and excel in a dynamic, hands-on, cross-functional and creative corporate environment.Ideal candidates will possess an energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility.Strengths in creating and executing thorough design of experimentsAbility to work with user study participants and conduct un-biased user studies, while utilizing the scientific method, performing statistical analyses, and visualizing information.

You will apply Human Factors Engineering (HFE) techniques and principles to support all phases of product/technology development. Work closely with other Human Factors Specialists and HF Engineers in developing study methodology, executing data collection efforts, and interpreting data to drive actionable outcomes.Develop user study criteria and detailed methodology for hardware user interface testing for several concurrent projects.Conduct user-centered research and evaluation for design concept models on a diverse user population utilizing experimental data, anthropometric databases, and scientific publications.Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis of data. Work with HF Engineers to provide clear and concise feedback to teams in a timely manner. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product development groups.Maintain an active working knowledge of worldwide human factors publications, standards, and both cognitive & physical heuristics.

Bachelor's degree required with a concentration or extensive work in human factors, industrial engineering, cognitive engineering, experimental psychology, and/or human-computer interaction.
